Vanpool Services
Vanpooling saves you money! Just think about dividing your commuting costs between 7 to 15 other commuters who live and work near you. Plus, the vehicle, insurance and maintenance are provided by a local public agency, and riders simply pay a low monthly fare. Must be 25 or older to qualify as a vanpool driver.
Below are some of the vanpool programs in North Carolina:
Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART) - Available to commuters who live or work in Guilford, Forsyth, Yadkin, Surry, Stokes, Rockingham, Alamance, Randolph, Davidson or Davie counties
Triangle Transit Vanpool Program - Available to commuters who live or work in Durham, Johnston, Orange, or Wake counties
